Latio to take part in the world’s most prestigious real estate forum

Latio has been a regular participant in this exhibition for over ten years. The exhibition offers the opportunity to have dozens of meetings with potential investors, while the stand is visited by several thousand interested persons.

MIPIM is considered the largest, most respected and highly regarded real estate investment forum in the world, which focuses on key developments in real estate, architecture and construction. As part of MIPIM, the best projects are given annual MIPIM Awards in ten categories.

MIPIM forum is attended by about 21 thousand individual participants, 2,200 companies, 4,500 investors, 3,200 industry business managers, 370 political decision makers, as well as 430 journalists. Overall, 93 countries are represented in the exhibition. The forum has been held since 1991.
