In order to create it, at first industrial research will be carried out and new knowledge and skills will be gained, based on which the second part of the project – experimental development of programs will be carried out.
Successful implementation of the project will be ensured by the participation of scientists from Latvia University of Agriculture.
Financial support will cover 33% of the total project cost. The majority of the financial support is financing from the European Regional Development Fund, while the rest is from the state budget.
